Product safety at ALUKON

Our products are developed and manufactured in highly specialized factories in compliance with normative safety requirements. At the same time, it is important to us to receive information about safety problems or accidents in connection with one of our products.

If a safety problem or accident occurs in connection with one of our products, please report it by e-mail to produktsicherheit(at)alukon.com. Please also include the following information in your report:

• product affected (with a photo of the type plate, if available)
• description of the safety problem or the cause of the accident

This can help us to process your report. We will follow up your report and contact you if further questions arise during processing.

 

Information on the processing of personal data:

Incoming reports are included in our internal complaints directory. Only the personal data we need to investigate the complaint about a suspected dangerous product will be stored in the internal complaints register. This data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the investigation and in no case longer than five years after the data has been entered.
